ABOUT THE FREE THROW MINDSET AND COACH JOHN KELTNER
The FTM is the product of 40 years of coaching and playing experience and seeing the evolution of youth sports, coaches and players.
At a very young age, I realized the value of the free throw and have transformed the principles of being a solid free throw shooter, in every situation, into an actionable process to help young athletes improve on anything they want. Ultimately helping them develop confidence and peace of mind at the free throw line and in life.
I began coaching at the age of 15 and have been coaching youth sports and professional business teams ever since. My goal with my programs is to positively impact the lives of more than 10 million young athletes and their coaches. Since introducing the Free Throw Mindset in 2019, we have helped dozens of coaches and thousands of players to understand the Free Throws of Life.
